Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of LexoraOS websites, apps, and services (the "Services") operated at https://lexoraos.com. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who the Services are for

LexoraOS provides software for venues (hotels, restaurants, parking operators, and similar) and guest-facing experiences such as valet tickets and parking sessions. Venue accounts are for authorized business users. Guest tools are for completing a visit with a participating property.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate registration and business information
  • Keep credentials secure and limit access to authorized staff
  • Do not misuse the Services (abuse, spam, reverse engineering, unlawful content, or interference with other users)
  • Comply with applicable laws, including payment and messaging rules

3. Guest visits and venue responsibility

Properties using LexoraOS are responsible for their on-site operations, pricing shown to guests (except where LexoraOS platform fees apply), and how staff collect guest information. LexoraOS provides the software platform; the venue provides the physical service (valet, parking, etc.).

4. Payments

Card payments and payouts are processed by our payments partner. Fees, settlement, disputes, and verification requirements may apply as shown in product settings and partner agreements. LexoraOS does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

By providing a mobile number at valet check-in or parking intake (to staff verbally or via a LexoraOS web form), you consent to receive transactional text messages from LexoraOS about that visit, which may include:

  • Ticket or parking session links
  • Vehicle status updates (e.g. car ready)
  • Payment links
  • Receipts

Message frequency varies by visit. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from further LexoraOS texts. Help: reply HELP or email support@lexoraos.com.

These messages are not marketing. Providing a number for transactional visit texts is separate from any marketing consent. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

LexoraOS, its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Venues retain rights to their own content and branding they upload. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services as offered under your plan.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that SMS or payment partners will always deliver on time.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXORAOS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO LEXORAOS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF NONE).

9. Indemnity

Venue customers agree to defend and indemnify LexoraOS against claims arising from their use of the Services, their on-site operations, or their content, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, non- payment, or misuse. You may stop using the Services at any time; venue subscription cancellation follows the product billing terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in-product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, except where law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law applies to consumers in another jurisdiction.
