Cancellation policy

LexoraOS subscriptions are month to month with no long-term contract. This policy applies to software modules billed to venue accounts (ValetOS, ParkingOS, Access, LPR, and related add-ons).
How to cancel
- Sign in to LexoraOS and open Settings → Subscription.
- Turn off billing for the module you no longer need, or schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period.
- Need help? Email support@lexoraos.com from your account owner email with your organization name.
When cancellation takes effect
- Cancellations scheduled at period end keep the module active until the paid-through date; no further renewals are charged.
- Immediate cancellation may be available for certain modules; access ends when billing stops unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Charges already paid for the current period are not prorated unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion — see Promotion terms.
After cancellation
- Your operational data remains available according to your plan and our data retention practices. Export anything you need before access ends.
- Disconnecting a Stripe payout or payment account is separate from canceling software modules. See Payments in the app before going live again.
- Guest SMS and payment processing for live operations stop when the relevant module is deactivated or billing lapses.
Free configuration period
Signing up and configuring LexoraOS is free. You are not charged until you explicitly activate billing for a module. Closing an account before activation does not incur subscription fees.
