Do guests need to download anything?

No — the SMS link opens in the browser. Wallet passes are optional and one tap away.

What does the stand need?

A phone or tablet for the board. Card payments use contactless Tap to Pay in LexoraOS Terminal on staff iPhones — nothing else to buy.

What about slow nights and busy nights?

Pricing is flat per month, not per ticket, so a packed Saturday costs the same as a rainy Tuesday.

Can I keep my cash guests?

Yes — mark a ticket paid in cash and the board moves on. Card, cash, and comp all live in the same history.
