This Privacy Policy describes how LexoraOS ("LexoraOS," "we," "us," or "our"), operated at https://lexoraos.com, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, apps, and services (the "Services"), including valet, parking, and related guest experiences.

1. Information we collect

• Account and business information — name, email, organization, property details, and related ops data provided by venue staff or owners.
• Guest service information — vehicle details (e.g. plate, make), ticket or session identifiers, payment status, and optional contact details you or venue staff provide for that visit.
• Mobile numbers — when a guest or staff member provides a phone number for valet check-in, parking intake, or similar so we can send transactional texts for that visit.
• Usage and device data — logs, IP address, browser type, and similar technical data needed to operate and secure the Services.
• Payment-related data — payment processing is handled by our payments partner; we do not store full card numbers on LexoraOS servers.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide valet, parking, payments, and related Services to venues and guests
• Send transactional SMS about a visit (ticket or session link, vehicle status, payment link, receipt)
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

3. SMS / mobile messaging (important for carriers)

When a mobile number is provided at valet check-in or parking intake (verbally to staff or via a LexoraOS web form), we may send transactional SMS for that visit only. Message frequency varies by visit (typically a small number of service messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used to deliver LexoraOS transactional service messages and to operate the Services with our infrastructure and messaging providers acting on our behalf.

We do not use these SMS programs for marketing or advertising. Consent to transactional texts is not a condition of purchase where prohibited.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

• The venue (property/organization) that uses LexoraOS for that guest visit or staff account
• Service providers that process data for us (hosting, messaging, payments), under contracts that limit use to providing services to LexoraOS
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and venue configuration.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

• SMS: reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help
• Account holders: contact your organization admin or support@lexoraos.com
• Guests: contact the venue where you received service, or support@lexoraos.com

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International users

LexoraOS may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where local law requires otherwise.
