Promotion terms

These terms apply to promotional offers described on lexoraos.com and in the LexoraOS product, including "Start free," free configuration periods, and published module pricing. They supplement our Terms of Service.

Start free / free configuration

• New organizations may sign up, invite staff, configure properties, and explore modules without a subscription charge until they activate billing for a module.
• "Start free" does not include third-party costs (SMS carrier fees, Stripe processing fees on live guest payments, hardware, or professional services) unless explicitly stated.
• We may change or end this offer for new signups at any time. Existing activated subscriptions keep the pricing and terms shown at activation unless we give notice as required by law or your agreement.

Published module pricing

• Prices on the Pricing page are shown in your local currency when available and are billed monthly per activated module unless otherwise labeled.
• Platform payment fees on guest card volume (for example Lexora's percentage on card payments) are separate from module subscription fees and are disclosed in-product before you connect payments.
• Taxes may apply where required. Invoices show applicable tax when collected.

Eligibility

• Offers are for business use by authorized venue operators.
• One organization per legitimate business entity unless we approve otherwise. Abuse (duplicate free accounts, reselling without agreement) may result in suspension.
• Availability varies by country. Unsupported markets may see a waitlist instead of live billing — see the in-product country gate.

Combining offers

Unless we state otherwise in writing, promotional pricing cannot be combined with other discounts. Custom enterprise or pilot agreements override published web pricing when signed separately.
